Mostly walking.

Snuck in a quick back/biceps workout between meetings

Too little sleep last night so took it easy today: just walks.

Back at it with some higher aerobic activity and some strength training.

I used Cardio today, just to capture time and heart rate. For some reason I couldn’t connect the sensor on the bike to the watch today.

All cardio today. Back on the bike after a couple week break.

Just unsubscribed from Ordinals Magazine, fka Bitcoin Magazine.

Woke up at 4:30, feeling pretty rested.

I’m making an intentional effort to not immediately reach for my phone.

Went outside and read Broken Money on my patio for about 45 minutes.

Day off work/school means I hit the target a bit earlier today.

Don’t trust anyone who wants to put a chip in your brain.

Soon enough. Plan accordingly.

It’s the missionaries that make the small conferences happen. It’s the mercenaries that allow for the big conferences.
