RAM is the most significant thing. I would say 8GB is a minimum, 16GB gives you options and consider 32GB if you want some degree of future proofing.

Especially if you want to run a decent lightning node.

As James Bond once said

We’re on an all time high

What are excuses?

We don’t need them in Bitcoin land, cos we’ve already done it!

All modern life are layers of extraction from our ancestors work, the earliest, most obvious examples are fire and the wheel.

It’s my Birthday today 🎉

Actually, it was really an old friend.

I got to play with them tho and constructed a very simple CPU

Start with something like Exodus or Atomic, then look to progress to Sparrow desktop.

Then move to hardware for larger amounts.

All Bitcoin wallets work in the same way, but general “crypto” wallets are slightly more complex.

If you can understand Sparrow, you have become proficient

Oooh, lot of learning, a lot of responsibility, but sooooooooooooooooo worth it.

Imagine giving your only child to a stranger to keep in a vault for the rest of your life and only getting to see a bad photo of them once a year.

Start with a software wallet, transfer a small amount, learn the significance of the 12 / 24 words and progress from there.

Can you feel the zaps tonight!

Fuck de duck, please read 1984 by George Orwell (real name Eric Blair)

Read it, read it now.

That is the way.

Also read Animal Farm from the same author.

Duck de fuck

I tried to do that, but Umbrel is an app sits on top of Ubuntu and requires specific partition configuration. Start9 is an OS which configures itself, but is harder to do.

Have you seen my header:

Runs 3 imperfect nodes.

There is a reason 😂
