Iβm here bitfest, nostrashire π

Yo nostr:npub1aqakd28d95muqlg6h6nwrvqq5925n354prayckr424k49vzjds4s0c237n !
You, nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424 and I, drinking beer in a pub, tomorrow. Cya there
Do they have Bud lite? π
See you tomorrow.
And do you know what? The dumb arse that I am, only realised this tonight π
Two things I have been working on tonight:
1. The economic βcanary in the cageβ is Japan. They are the most stressed and they will be the first tell.
2. Bitcoin is now the global financial cache, it moves first because it is the most liquid. It also recovers first.
You bought the dip π
AI can be useful sometimes.
I googled it to make certain it wasn't hallucination.
I did include a copyright disclaimer, but no health and safety advice π
Some people climb Everest, some people submerge 100 fathoms in a submarine, others train tigers in a circus.
I drink cocktails on a cruise ship!
Why do I need to watch a safety video and they don't π
If you post the articles ID instead of the URL, I will be able to read that without Cloudflare interfering π
The article or note ID, embeds it.
It's like a bubble, but has two u's π
If you want a serious answer, then as defined by 2002, not 1637.
Just the following:
"Google's TPUs (Tensor Processing Units), Fujitsu's DLU (Deep Learning Unit), Intel's AI ASICs, and specialised chips like Habana Labs Gaudi and Cerebras Wafer Scale Engine"
I asked Gemini to advise me π
He's too busy taking my calls π
True story,
I couldn't pass Rumble's bus and bicycle checker when trying to sign up to their service π
A few things I've learned in my AI journey.
Knowledge and language to humans are two distinct and separate things.
This distinction does not apply to AI's. They only predict output, they have no knowledge as we would understand it.
GPU's emulate neurons, within their architecture. Neurons will be better emulated in the future by dedicated Tensor ASICs, what they will look like in detail, we don't know yet, but once we do, GPUs will no longer be used in AI infrastructure.
Now we have fibre Internet, I wanted to cancel our FTTC Internet from BT. Low and behold, even though I signed up for it online and Iβm out of contract, the only method to cancel is to phone them. Why? Because they want you to either not bother and keep paying for the service or youβll call a sales person whoβll try and talk you out of it.
Iβve seen this before when I had to cancel my deceased fathers services. I actually cancelled his services while he was still alive, but had moved to a care home, but I actually used the death and bereavement option as it was the easiest route.
So as with Sky TV, I have unplugged the router and cancelled the direct debt. This time, however I have Watson, my AI phone receptionist who will field calls from British Telecom trying to convince me to stay, while I have Chatty, my legal AI, informing me of this new law being passed in the UK, which is the:
Equal ease of exit
Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Act 2024.
If a customer enters digitally, they must be allowed to exit digitally β especially when the minimum contract period is finished. This is forcing companies to allow users to leave completed contracts as easily as they signed up.
I am going to let Watson know about this law through my control panel.
Not a very good one, Chatty would give him a run for his money π
New 3D printing project http://blossom.happytavern.co/9aa82831cbf302bfbf9e44f144565c44f5ba2d6830e97c05b9417d27f8f55227
I'm looking for new opportunities π€
3D printing you say π€©
Watson's too busy dealing with scammers and sales calls to worry about booking appointments for fibre engineers π
I'm investing in Xerox, I reckon their copy machines are going to be in high demand soon π
I'm waiting for Xerox shares to start pumping π
Iβve got the right dish, just not necessarily in the right place π
Much appreciated π«‘
In the right hands a packet of biscuits is such a weapon

Genevieve itβs a film made about the event in 1953
Google it π
No dinner vlog, but I will be vlogging the London to Brighton Vintage car rally on Sunday

Like a caching relay?
Do they require subscriptions. Who can second me and what happens if I get black balled? Can we be friends again if that happens π
X is just a shill at this point π

It would be handy when I wanted to put the kettle on tho π€
