I was raised in a family business. Very successful. Parents didn't had time for us, but it was paid of by access to the company and it's engineering team. I learned a lot there.
Our family was popular in the town, example of successful people, best employer, satisfied customers everywhere. Including teachers and kids in schcools, so I was always fixing their computes.
So me and my sister was expected to be at least similarly successful.
Today I think I am successful - good career, woman with good career, two clever kids, nice flat in a city center, traveling, ...
But I feel I have not earned it, but had very good starting position. I was successful only that I have not thrown it away, but I also have not used it's full potential.
This causes me little depressions which I am not sure if they are little or I just learned how to live with them now, but it could cause bigger issues in the future. (I am pretty good with manipulating my own emotions and mental state.)
I am also worried about my sister who have not found passion to the work and career, so she have issue with her self-confidence and I can imagine that she feels the weight of societal expectations more acutely than I do.
In the Harry Potter lore this happens to people with magic potential.
Like if magic would be some kind of ionizing radiation which can switch bits in computer memories or DNA which could lead to malfunctions.
For this reason space aircrafts usually use old chips which have bigger circuits because this happens less often in them or use redundant computers (SpaceX), so computations are checked if results are the same.

Tohle byl po delší době velmi zajímavý stream.
Nejdříve SpaceX klasika - tankování, start, oddělení bosteru, jeho měkké přistání (zatím jen do moře). Ale ze všeho stabilnější obraz, protože se to přenáší přes Starlink.
Pak dlouhý oblet Země a začne teprve pořádné drama. Starship začne vstupovat do atmosféry a pomalu je vidět plazma vytvářející se na křidélkách.
Po 1:00:00 ale už plazma začíná prohořívat kloubem křidélka, postupně se celé začíná rozpadat a až do konce jsem napjatý jak kšandy.

Proč je problém převážet vzduch v petce když se stejně jinak vozí ten vzduch v prázdném autě?
Jediné kde vidím podstatný náklad navíc je že to doma zabere víc místa.
Ale mě to stejně netrápí protože většinu nápojů kupuju ve skle, obvykle zálohovaném.
PETky se snad všude třídí, spíše ten ostatní plastový odpad se obvykle pálí, protože je dražší jej třídit.
