I benefit a lot from FOSS software. I really need to make a better effort to donate regularly.
I have paid monthly for Adobe or figma, why not donate monthly to developers who respect their users and are trying to provide good tools.
Don't get me wrong, I am more happy with it than not. I would not have a node nor would I have learned as much as I have about Bitcoin and using the tools that are out there.
I have a myNode, and I've had to factory reset it at least once. And it can't actually run all the services I would like to use, or the services break at some point.
My next project is going to upgrade to a NUC if I can find one.

So it's a measure of how trusted that person is based on the opinions of the people you follow.
It is, I was thinking about this earlier. With the way you have this implemented, if I want a high signal experience I can raise the filter to the point where I would only ever see the notes from the most trusted people on the protcol.
Any newcomers would have to build up trust in my network before I see what they have to say.

In real life earning trust is one of the most rewards aspects of human relationships. Granted, it's not 1:1 between NOSTR and IRL. But It simulates it at least.
