Constructive feedback is beneficial to an open society, but your ability to maximize your impact incentives you to be able do this over long periods of time.
If at any point you feel like your current feedback is harming your long term impact then it’s worth considering regrouping, recalibrating and finding the right balance that brings out the best version of you.
