Which technologies have you decided to learn? Iโm using React because thatโs what I use professionally. So my Nostr work improves my professional work and vice versa.
Nice. When you think of the things you wanna make on Nostr are they primarily web apps, native apps, backend relays? Sounds like probably web appsโฆ
I am a complete beginner, but Iโd absolutely love to learn and help you out any way I can ๐ซ๐
Love this. Feel free to reach out if you guys get stuck or just wanna ask some questions. ๐ค I was signed up for two courses this past semester, but dropped one to dedicate that time to learning how to build on Nostr instead. Happy to share what Iโve learned.

For anybody else who might be curious about how NotABot is coming alongโฆ

Hey Ava! Thanks for asking. ๐ Iโm currently working on getting the data into a form I can work with efficiently to do all of the graph inspection needed to determine everybodyโs status and isolate the entry point of any bots (relays arenโt good for this). Then, Iโll be building tools so the community can safely grow the network while also defending it. Then, standing up an invite only relay (or opening up the api for other relays to use) based on NotABot heuristics.
NotABot started as my Nostr learning project. I wanted to try to make something sort of novel. And it is, but itโs also decently complex. After months of heads down work and then leaving for Nostrica, I had to take a little breather and spend some much needed time with my family.
I would love for it to be my full time focus, but Iโm not there yet. So I just continue to work persistently and diligently in my free time to give the app and the community that has sprung up around it the best possible chance of success.
GM and PV. โ๏ธ Starting the day with a great post from Gubi about ethnography, cultural norms, ethnocentrism, and culture shock. These are sociological terms that Nostriches and Bitcoiners ought to become familiar with as we seek to reach out with our message of freedom and prosperity across the globe.
Itโs a heavy lift, but Iโm lifting ๐๏ธ๐
While I ๐ฏ agree with the sentiment, I actually posted this by accident while trying to figure out why certain images (like this one) werenโt loading for me in Damus. Iโve gotta give credit to the original poster and my favorite frog, #[1]โ Def give him a follow if you havenโt already. ๐
#NostrDogWalkersClub ๐ This reminds me of a part of a very popular, very long backpacking trail that passes by the city. โฐ๏ธ๐ฅพ๐ฒ๐ Trying to keep it vague here in case Iโm right ๐
Nice. Thatโs gonna be cool
Awesome ๐ถ๐ง Do zaps in NostrNests go to the person on stage? #[4]
