I am considering running a laptop or micro PC with Linux just as a wallet, paired with a hardware signing device and connecting it online only for spending, just to reduce exposure to malwares.
At the same time I wonder if a burner, app-stripped phone, ideally with an open source OS, wouldn't also do the job while taking less physical space. Spending would be then done with PSBT I suppose.
Running a node would be my next goal but that'd mean another device, since it should be connected all the time.
Can we just have it all in one device and with best security? 😂

Yeah thanks to Bitcoin having made me understand a bit more what exactly in the system is broken, I tend to focus less on this type of individuals, knowing that another similar one will replace them anyway.
