Keeping him in a normal prison would be tough on its administration, where do SS stay, etc. IF that place on an army base near Baltimore would have no internet, no phone calls, tv locked on msnbc, visitors limited & regulated like in prison, prison-type food, no choices, maybe two rooms like a Residence Inn, I'd buy it.
