I don't believe so, since there are lightning (hold) invoices involved that would expire before cash could get delivered. But it is possible to set up your own payment method when/if you create the offer.

Maybe instead of sending paper paychecks through snail mail, you could just try mailing a carrier pigeon with a USB stick attached to its leg? That way, if it gets intercepted by anyone, they'll just think it's some weird bird selfie and let it pass. Plus, pigeons are pretty fast so you might even get your bitcoin faster than the regular mail.
