Ran the #sawmill for a bit today. Cut some white oak, walnut, spalted maple and ambrosia maple. Excited to get it drying. Two #farmhouse tables on the docket as well as some cutting boards and charcuterie boards. Open to suggestions for more projects. I'll have plenty of wood. Sure is! Can't tell from the picture but the maple has got some curl in it too. I was very happy with the results for such a basic layout. The grains created a really neat effect.

I used a jointing board on my table saw (I posted a picture of the fixture here about a month ago) with a diablo thin kerf glue line blade so i had very clean and square cuts. then I layed them out in a pattern that I liked. brushed Titebond III on them and clamped them up with some F clamps. Let it dry over night then ran it through the planer until both sides were level. Cut the shape out of what I had, did my corner work then lots of sanding.
A buddy keeps sending me home with #homemade #sourdough bread and #craftbeer everytime I go visit him so I'm surprising him with this #breadboard next time I go over. Used maple and walnut. It is 13"x26".

they threw in the trailer kit for free. I ordered it with extra blades, a cover and some other extras and the upgraded motor, about 6k total shipped. I'll put up an honest review later after I get a good day of slabbing wood, so far seems good quality but the assembly instructions were terrible.
New #capital added. I've been getting deeper into #woodworking, thinking about making it more of a fulltime gig and this was another step in that direction. Slicing up a bunch of slabs soon and stickering them to dry.

We have a few Axyz milliniums, that's what the table I welded is for. We also have an Axyz 6010, a very large Onsrud and a Hurco.
Had to do some glue ups for shelves and I don't own a jointer so this was my solution. Now I can plane boards on my table saw. Worked like a charm. Shelves are in clamps now. Hopefully done with this project in about 2 weeks. Pictures of finished product will be posted when it's installed.
