It was amazing. I’ve found a place that carries really good ground beef consistently. Just sea salt and a slice of cheddar cheese on each slab. Always cook it on the grill and I have it down πŸ‘Œ

Nice, me too. 3 lbs is heavy day. 2 is light. Somewhere in between is normal for me.

I eat cheese and eggs but 99%+ of my calories comes from red meat. I will eat fish, shrimp and chicken too and sometimes I have a little frozen fruit as a treat. But it’s negligible.

Yesterday and the day before I ate a lot less than I usually do and worked really hard both days so I was ready to feed.
