We are entering Easter Time, celebration of new life and rejuvenation.

During this time fasting is still in practice.

This is good time to share something with you all.

Last year I had blood drawing for cancer markers.

I repeat that same test 10 and a half months later and results improved a lot which you can see.

I am aware it can be many reasons for it.

I'm not a doctor :)

Knowing my diet and body, I would say it's mainly because of fasting.

So coming back to Easter (and not only Easter, every religion propose fasting) - it's good time to think and practice fasting or just eating less.
