Totally agree, create USPs to ease them in like blogging and interaction platforms and then open their eyes to the marvelous possibilities.

Really cool because it goes back to obtaining the app directly from the developer, something the unfortunately failed SkyNet was also aiming to enable.
So far I used Droid-ify pretty happily as it is the only one with decent caching and UI, but it had issues verifying signatures recently and updates on F-Droid are often significantly delayed.
