I’m not a violent offender so I guess they trust I won’t run away. My charges are from 11 months ago so yeah the system is pretty broken. Ironic thing is the liberals let all the violent offenders go after a few months. I’m getting more time for Instagram messages than if I just straight up robbed a family business or something crazy. You can lose weight very quickly fasting. Hunger is pretty intense on the first day, for me I felt much better on the second day. When you do eat, you can basically eat as much as you want. It is very mentally freeing to not have to think about food at all. You can get a lot done. Consider how much time we usually spend planning, cooking, cleaning. Supposed to be great for your metabolic health. Will improve BP, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
