A week on the beach or in a snow-covered luxury cabin, which would you choose?

I don’t think it’s even started (but I’m definately biased in that I’m hoping for a big correction). But with that caveat, so much borrowing was done in a hugely over inflated market. Lag effect of mortgage defaults hasn’t started yet. Seeing prices down 7%-10% in areas I’m looking to buy. Fed funds forecasted to rise to 6% in March so more stress on borrowers refinancing in coming months. Think it’s comes to a head end of year first halve of 24. We shall see. Hoping the leverage gets flushed (obviously lots of regular people set to lose but that’s the price of free market dynamics 🤷🏻‍♂️)

I didn’t even think to run the numbers seeing what the decreasing returns would project from peak to peak, I was just running the numbers from trough to peak, which even though neither “milestone” IS the halving, logically both should occur on a relatively similar trajectory. Keep in mind 350k is just the start of my claim being validated, rational thinking leads me to believe if we hit 350k that only signals we are heading for a BIGGER blow off top (>23x). However like I said very simpleton math and just curious. I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH BITCOIN. So this is as much a dream as it is a nightmare. Like you said only time will tell! I hope we stay connected on nostr for the time being and the time thereafter Pierre!!!🧡
