All paths lead to sustained stagflation. Lost decade.

Need to add Broken Money by Lyn Alden 👍🏻

This goldbug clearly didn’t even read the book, but that doesn’t stop him from crying the loudest and continuing to propogate “the solution” that leads to the perpetual break-down in society since time immemorial.

BTW, nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a’s book is my favorite read of the year if you haven’t noticed by now. If you’ve read it, or once you’re done, help her out, but more importantly help spread the Bitcoin message by countering idiots like this guy (review below). I think her book has the potential to reach a very broad audience and in a way that destroys many financial mantras since Bretton Woods.

I just bought mine and can't wait. Lyn will become one of the great investing legends of her time.

Boom. My new book, Broken Money, is now available on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CG83QBJ6

I will formally announce it later today, so I guess this is the initial Nostr exclusive. It’s not even searchable on Amazon yet since it is still being incorporated into their wider database. But if you have that link, it is ready for purchase.

The ebook, audiobook, and other print distribution partners will be rolled out over time.

Thank you everyone for your support! This has been a wonderful project to work on, and it will hopefully educate more people about the current problems in the global monetary system and the solutions that Bitcoin has to offer people around the world.

Congratulations Lyn. Says unavailable when I visit the Amazon link 🤷‍♂️

Try to take a few steps to un-brainwash yourself.

They can't tell us what to think, but they can tell us what to think about. And within that small corridor, they can establish a good vs evil narrative. This warps your world view, no matter what "side" you are on.

In reality, there are no "sides".

So how do you stay sane in an insane world?

- Don't engage when you get emotionally triggered, and don't come to sudden conclusions about "current things" that you are not well versed in. You don't always have to have a strong opinion about stuff.

- Stop consuming content from channels that have a proven track record of psychological nudging such as corporate media, statist communication, and centralised social media.

- Curate your feed. Treat your mind how you treat your body. Don't feed your brain with constant garbage.

- Don't believe authoritative sources. Always try to get the full picture, instead of just leaning on one source, such as government, academia, or other institutions. Always ask for verification and proof.

- Cultivate and rely on strong bedrock principles, then you are less easily swayed by nonsense, fear and other feelings. Develop your inner compass.

- Choose what you want to focus on, consciously, for your long-term mental and physical health.

Lastly, someone said, if you get angry about something or someone; wait 24 hours until you respond. If you are still angry after 24 hours, then you can engage in a more conscious way.

I'm not perfect, and I'm constantly make mistakes, and its part of the journey. Failing is the greatest teacher.

Well said brother 👏👏👏

GM you legend. One day I will meet you and shake your hand. 🤝

Just watching Travis Haley interview Mike Jones and it's pure signal on traditional values and the erosion of society at the hands of a digital panopticon.

"We are drowning in information that isn't information."

Indeed.

Great thinking and ideas! 👍🏻 nostr:note1ud48nlhtng8254a29270s7vhttcf33382mvjz0setvlg9wwzvnzssjd5m9

Agreed however to disempower these institutions will require a mental reboot and either a populist uprising or a massive exodus of capital. Probably both. I know many bitcoiners are choosing to 'stay and fight' inside western democracies however I don't think it's achievable. You would have to majorly disrupt/infect the state based education apparatus and that is IMO a lost cause. Far better to raise up developing countries, ween them off IMF, develop sound money principles, bring in our capital, innovate and build productive assets there, create wealth and local jobs. Let the tangible effects of bitcoin wash over them. nostr:note1jyql0wqs9qu2qq8s7f6mg5dgt0hzculjzhke2e2nkcwu36za0v6qyvg3l7

I could be wrong but my gut feeling is that more bitcoiners will need to come to the realisation that to truly affect change they will need to become stateless or at least jurisdictionally fluid. Only through mass capital outflows will a bureaucracy reverse course. These public institutions are incredibly adept at self preservation and they need continual expansion of the tax base. When 90% of the labor force is geographically dependent for their livelihood then the tyrannical threats of violence around taxation is highly effective. In a truly digital world they are terrified of a highly mobile labor force.

The main reason for the successful economic rent seeking of tax accountants is due to the threat of inaccurate non compliance around income tax. This is the most obvious marketing point for CBDCs - that you no longer have to maintain payment receipts or estimate deductibles. Your tax position will be automatically calculated and deducted in real time. Govts around the world are gagging for this level of transparency into all bank accounts.
