As a kid, I hated leftovers. I don't know why? As an adult, I love them! Certain foods are just fantastic as leftovers. They tend to marinate a bit and get more savory. Cooking and cleanup takes only a few minutes! We don't waste money. It's a win all around. My kids hate leftovers though 😂 I can't be mad or force them to eat leftovers when I hated them as a kid as well, right? 🤙

This has been a random parenting thought as I eat dinner by myself, since my kids don't want leftovers and my wife is not home. 😭
