Today was more balancing training in my kickboxing class. Again standing on one leg while kicking the air with the other. Oh yes, my trainer was throwing balls at me and only one of them hit me in the face. ๐

6am, the perfect time to start the work day
No steak, no fish. But I had company at MickeyD's. I ran into the homeless guy that's always somewhere around my office building. He didn't want a steak ๐ he chose McD (the food is softer).
We talked a bit and I learned that you have to pay around 140CHF for ONE DAY in a homeless shelter!!??!! WTF? You can get a nice apartment in the city for that.
At least he hasn't lost his humour yet. He said next time I can pick where we eat ๐
