Exactly, those morons keeping you in line are also a threat to my freedom. If we stop to complain or whining, somebody might come and slowly take away the freedom we have. Look at Russia, after the fall of the iron curtain there seemed to be a new freedom. A lot of people were happy and stopped fighting for freedom, now they can't anymore. One powerhungry moron cemented his reign till he drops dead and maybe even longer.
Look at your own country, from one dictatorship to the next. A revolution that doesn't deserve the name and a lot of people wanting the old dictator back.
Yes, even your freedom destination number one is in trouble. Right now they have two morons that want to grab on the power and little red button.
Is the world truly free if one person could destroy it by the touch of a finger?
The threats I see are nobody's dream. Or do you dream of nuclear weapons in the hands of powerhungry morons, or do you dream of a world where the rich decide what you can and can't do?
As I said, I totally understand you but the fight for freedom won't even stop for you after arriving in the country of your choice. It just changes.
I've seen starving children in Madagascar and I was told not to give them my food, I've seen young people in the streets of Harare Zimbabwe doing drugs just to forget about their miserable life. I appreciate the freedom I have, but nobody can tell me that there isn't room for improvement.

What a great day.
I just had a good talk with my friends mother. She didn't seem happy about him proposing to his girlfriend.
She is feeling like losing her only son. She was hoping that he would come back to Switzerland after finishing university.
I could not give her any smartass advice, I just told her that he is the happiest since I first met him five years ago. I also told her that his fiance would be happy to have a closer relationship with his relatives. At least that's what she told me.
From your point of view I totally understand you.
But there are threats to our freedom as well, they need to be addressed. That might sound like whining to you.
I don't see myself as a winner, we can only win together. It's not about a single nation, it's about humanity.
He popped the question, she said yes without hesitation.
Her parents are happy, his father is actually crying, only his mother doesn't understand how her disabled and "absolutely helpless" son got this far.
