Beautiful sunrise
I prefer to pee outside rather the toilet.
I Let my grass and landscape grow a little wild instead of cut and manicured.
I wear clothing until it’s torn rather than “needing” new clothes every pay day.
I like an unorganized and chaotic garden myself. It’s a complete flip on how I run my daily life. It makes for a good balance in my life. It also makes for a more diverse ecosystem.
I love that idea. Most of my clients so far would prefer the “tidy look”. Me however, I do this with mint and thyme. I can’t get enough of the scent.
That’s what I promote to my clients. Try and use the space they have to intermix culinary and medicinal plants. STACK FUNCTIONS
Foggy morning.
Fall is here. 🍂🍁

Haha from the comments, that sounds right and makes sense. Sugar will be eaten and converted to alcohol.
🤔 hmm let us know once you’re able to taste it. I’m interested now.
I’m pretty sure the process for fruit wines is different. Though I did buy some lovely plums that turned out to be boring flavored and was very tempted to experiment with putting them in one of the jars 😂 that would’ve been too much experiment for a beginner, though, I think.
I cooked up roughly 3.5 c of sticky rice / glutinous rice (one recipe said 3 c, the other said 4 c). I took one jiuqu (yeast ball for rice wine) and crushed it in a mortar and pestle, then used clean hands to mix this wwith the rice once it had cooled down. Stuck it in jars and used fermentation lids, though I’ve heard of just using a cloth lid. The liquid that is forming is rice wine!
Supposed to be able to eat the boozy rice when it’s done, too, as a dessert (jiuniang).
I need to look up how long to leave this / when to stop 😅 mostly looking here

Does the rice wine have any flavor? Or is there a way to add flavorings or is that more for fruity wines?
Just trying to get a sense of what to expect.
Oh for sure. You’d just need a little wall mount rack and maybe a couple shelves.
I guess the cantaloupe is ready when it falls off the vine. I can’t get over how the sweetness went all the way through the rind. First one of the season.

Process please? We need answers! lol I’m wanting to try some passion fruit wine or mead soon.
What you trying to do? I have a small setup for my house. These are for a huge ass office space.
Here’s the after.
Finishing touches turned out very nice!

Network racks before our gear goes in. The left side is dedicated to our distribution LAN cabling and our WAN equipment from the ISP. The right side rack is dedicated to any auxiliary equipment like AV, security, etc.
We really like to standardize on these configurations ensuring each rack is labeled, each firewall, switch, UPS, and wall jack are labeled appropriately. This makes for quick isolation of problems when managing over 40 healthcare sites across the metro.
Stay tuned for an after shot. It’ll be really clean for y’all OCD types 😉
