I work in medicine and I would like to be able to create courses/quizzes where you get points/credits to your nostr account when completing them. Or just a confirmation that you completed that quiz.
I was thinking that you log in to the website with your nostr account and then you should be able to:
- browse quizzes from other users
- take quizzes
- create quizzes
Later on:
- Leaderboards
- Filters according to topics/ fields of knowledge
- Zaps for quizzes
- comment function
I would also pay someone for bulding a Nostr multiple choice question/ quizzing client. How much would that cost?
Man sollte sich immer vor Augen halten, was man ändern kann und was nicht... wahrscheinlich mit die schwierigste Erkenntniss im Leben:
Ich denke mit Bitcoin haben wir die Chance etwas zu ändern und das führt dazu, dass Leute wie Manu Bitcoin so vehement verteidigen. Wahrscheinlich wollte Manu mit seinem "Müll für die Grünen sammeln" auch etwas ändern, hat aber gemerkt, dass das eher schwer wird. Das heißt aber nicht, dass man aufhören sollte es zu versuchen und nach neuen Wegen zu suchen.
Und noch etwas anderes...Ich arbeite im Gesundheitswesen und glaube nicht, dass es der "Personalmangel" ist, wieso wir chronisch unterversorgt sind. Die Gründe sind mMn eher:
- Steinzeitliche Programme und Bürokratie bis zum Erbrechen
- Schlechte Verantwortungs-/Aufgaben Verteilung
- Falsche finanzielle Anreize
Es gibt mehr als genug Ärzte und Pfleger, nur arbeiten wir extrem ineffizient.
Das Wort Personalmangel wird inzwischen schon fast inflationär verwendet. 😉

I would like to have an education platform on nostr with quizzing/ multiple choice funcionality where you pass exams or fulfill some requirements and get awarded a licence.
I 'm thinking of a open source PADI style scuba licence (and education platform)
Or in health care: Licence to use certain maschines or instruments... for the Germans: Gereiteeinweisung
Or your drivers licence
That's 100% how hospital hierachy works and I feel it's mostly like that in big corporations in our fiat world:
1. In the beginning they make you feel completely worthless until you start believing it
2. At some point you'll get accepted if you stay long enough (out of "wrong loyality") and endure their bullying
3. You start bullying the new ones yourself
