Basic cheap pos terminal from Ali express, I’m writing an application for it that doesn’t store any of the keys for BTCPay server instead being provisioned at runtime from BTCPay terminal which is middleware. Basically means it can have permission to create and check invoices, but nothing else. And if the device is stolen, you’ve only lost a device, no secrets or funds.
I haven’t made a website for it yet 😁

I’ve gone one step further and added a blocked_users.txt to hold pubkeys of spam users and I not only drop the note on sight, it also cleans up the db so it’s like they never existed.

Yeah, you’re going to get advertising for all sorts everywhere, but Nostr (at least up to now) is pretty clean. It’s easier to ignore since there’s no algorithm pushing it as you, you have to go looking.

I assume you mean an npub first seen date? It would vary relay to relay. You can create an npub by typing a random hex string into a text editor and converting it to a bech32 nsec and importing it into a client. There’s no creation date on the key itself.
Get Alby is a wallet provider. They used to offer custodial but now only offer self custodial. Guess it means some of the wallets got broken if they didn’t migrate.
Seen people mentioning Alby is playing up.
