Why is there not much time left?
Sounds like someone who will call it dead if it drops to $80k
Use a potato peeler to take the outer layer off the bun, leaving only the spongy interior.
Unpopular opinion: Right now, just before $100k, is as good a time as any to implement BIPs that improve Bitcoin’s privacy and flexibility at the base layer, freaking out Saylor and other suits and making them sell. 📉👊
Just went to the Tokyo Disneyland parks. Turns out that everyone aged 15-35 just got out of school, still wearing their uniform even in 45f and rain.
Made the switch a few years ago, but at age 43 I’m afraid much damage has been done.
Maybe, but it’s not the 1860s anymore. I believe that insurgent warfare and peaceful non-compliance can outlast the extreme expense of constant military deployment.
A secession doesn’t have to be formal. It can be done by just ceasing compliance with federal laws and taxes and adopting Bitcoin for commerce. A military response by the federal government would not only look very bad, but it would also be completely ineffective.
Pretty much the same, but sometimes even stuff I know how to do piles up and I’d rather pay to do something else with my time.
They know they’re losing their jobs soon and are making political moves to gain favor if their party returns in 4 years.
Homeowners: How do you balance the DIY of shitty, boring maintenance and repair jobs with just spending money you could have bought BTC with to have someone else do it? Do you DIY it all? Outsource it all? 50/50?

Top?
I’d bet that a lot of the people who fear Trump are picking up some Bitcoin right now. If you believe that he’s a dictator who’s about to end democracy in the US, there isn’t much of a better buy.
The problem with wabisabi coinjoin transactions is that you end up with dust UTXOs and need to consolidate them after coinjoin: https://mempool.space/tx/b893d2f3dccf0b4ce22e572e431b97b7a14fdf00992fbfb344937ba717eec793
That transaction looks like a bunch of regular, bigger than dust, coinjoin outputs being consolidated. I suppose if all you have are the smaller outputs and need to send a larger amount of BTC then you have to consolidate. Otherwise you can just pick one or two of the larger ones.
