Yesterday, someone stole my helmet right outside of nostr:npub1key55ax33gkl50uqemvl4khrtqrhzm7wzpc7fhseutt5ddkcwcrqgxlt3h when I popped in to snap a pic of nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 doing his live Spaces broadcast from the bar.

This happened to me before (with a much more expensive Arai helmet), and I handled it poorly… since May, I’ve been trying to control all emotions, especially ones like devastation and anger. Proud to say I handled myself better this time around, but still working on myself… and I have room for improvement, still.

Was salty, got back on my bike and went home… but between my glasses that got crushed by a car last week and the helmet getting stolen this week, maybe the universe is trying to tell me to leave specific pieces of my life behind.

My first instinct is always just to replace these items with the exact same ones, but I have other glasses, other helmets…

Will just buy bitcoin instead until I’m left with nothing else except what’s unconfiscatable…
