If we feel triggered by someone, it mostly has something to do with ourselves too ✌🏻 Some mirror-reflection? Not finding peace within ourselves? Not being ready letting this person go and surrender? Some old trauma form childhood that has been triggered? Why do I Judge this persons action? etc...etc...etc...
