Actually already 3 full nicotine-free weeks for my brother, and counting, including even a team night out yesterday. Not bad at all for someone who has been a regular smoker for the past 20 years 🥹 felt like sharing the win.
I'm coming short in many different ways and I was getting to the realization of not being good enough, or having taken a challenge beyond what I'm ready for, but I'm rewiring those thoughts and trying to see these as valuable opportunities for growth. It's a reminder that I’m still learning and developing. But I wouldn't want others to pay the prize of that, and perhaps this is life guiding me to reflect on whether I'm in the right path, and if not, it could be time to explore new directions that better align with my strengths and passions.
