Ah I meant my last note to be a reply to yours here but still some kinks in the system to iron out I guess. Or maybe I just hit the wrong button.

I dodn't trust him, never did. It's everyone else on here who seems to have totally joined the cult. He was the CEO of the biggest most active propaganda and censorship machine ever and it got used against the civilian population of the entire world. If he doesn't have responsibility for lives destroyed by the million in the last few years, who does?

No spook, just an ethical healthcare worker horrified at the disinformation war we have been seeing, of which Twitter has been a key element. If I were a spook I'd more likely stand beside the CEO who made it all possible.

And censorship and corporate propaganda and election interference and who knows what else. At best he was asleep at the wheel. Those who lost so much in the last three years will struggle to unsee it all.

If you had it your way RFK Jr wouldn't be on the internet. Change my mind.

Speaking personally, not sure. It depends if I have to scroll past endless developer in jokes.

Yeh, the article was poorly written, but nostr:npub1kry7hrdh9xgc2l5vyt3aahlyh53g0mrz9ykq8uh20cy5mpue4fusjhshf3 seems to have gotten exactly the opposite meaning from it some how.

Also I hate when scientists talk about 'magnetic re-connection.' It's a completely useless metaphor, since everyone knows magnetic field lines are imaginary.

My BS detector is going off the scale. There are these solar winds that can destroy our electronic systems from 93 million miles away - but they built a spacecraft that can fly right through up to where they emanate from, and through, and send back data from the other side? Cool story.

I don't use Robotsats but I do use Bisq. When it works it's great but be careful, their support is seriously lacking. If you get an issue or a problem then it's hard to get answers or help, and in a dispute you can expect a kangaroo court system run by aloof dismissive people who don't answer questions and believe their system is infallible.

Open source software, great: but zero organisational transparency.

And if they think their system is that good that they can just leave it running basically unattended while they collect fees, then they'll have a rude awakening at some point. I imagine somebody will end up taking legal action over major losses caused by an amateur quasi-legal decision made on the fly without any discernible rule-set.

I'll still use it, I just think if you're moving large amounts at a time then try something else. Realistically they're going to have to open the door going forwards or they'll get into trouble.

Haha thanks, I got that at least, and a lot more besides. Thanks for the zap :-)

I've been bumping along the bottom for 25 years. Sometimes I think if I stopped trying and just took things easy it couldn't get any worse LoL.

Exodus just told me I need to upgrade my operating system because they won't support their wallet on my computer if I don't.

And my plumber just told me he can't get the right washer for my taps so I need to install an entire new bathroom.
