Like I said then, you shouldn't have much of an issue as long as you keep things simple. Just once you get the storage configured, do some benchmarking to make sure it'll handle your needs. I wouldn't expect it to use up your cpu/memory/bandwidth, but you might as well make sure those are within reason while you're benchmarking.
It's not that bad, and you should be fine if you're just directly connecting the S3 server to the NCD server or even running them on the same machine. If you're tunneling over VLANs and VPNs through several servers though, which I doubt you are, you can have issues unless you configure everything right.
Works good, though it took me a while to get good throughput with my fucked up setup. Granted I was going through about 7 hops and 3 machines, but you'll still want to run tests if you're using it over the internet. Should be good if you're just accessing it with a local machine though.
