@fiatjaf once again the moral question here is, do you consider there to be only one civilization?, which is what the western perspective would have you believe, and if you believe there are more than one, are they equal or not, and how would you measure them against each other.
An Amazonian tribe is very non-western scientifically and culturally. Though parts of Brazil and Argentina are mostly European by ancestral decent, just depends on what part, but the majority of people are either mixed race or not European at all, enough to not be Western by the perspective of North Americans and Europeans — but maybe not those that know there are a lot of Europeans in LatAm. And also the language, most associate English with the western world, even though that’s not true. Let me ask, is it a moral positive to you to be apart of “the west”?

Does anyone know, why has Twitter/X been allowed a crypto tipping feature since Sept 2021 https://blog.twitter.com/en_us/topics/product/2021/bringing-tips-to-everyone but this feature been denied by Apple for Nostr. Is there some sort of inside deal between Apple and X that allows them to do crypto tipping that’s disallowed by all the other apps out there?
