I'd say it depends on the era you talk about .. from what I've heard though (I'm no longer on Twitter/X) X is much more open about the bans and deletions, so there's that, I suppose.

I found bitcoin fairly recently and, having never used it before, turned to Twitter for information, guidance and like-minded people. Once nostr became a place for this I removed myself from the toxicity, for my own 'peace of mind'. I feel like these kinds of people are more worthy of your time, i.e. those that have found their way through their own volition.
If you're moving back purely for the fight, I think this would be a bad move, but you seem to be a robust guy, and I hope that your fight helps others.
If you're moving back to sincerely help more people, so be it, they'd be lucky to take the instruction.
