Depends. If I'm shooting corrosive ammo then it's an immediate cleaning post-range trip.
If it's a range-only gun, I'll clean if it's really dirty or having issues.
If it's a carry / self defense gun, I'll clean it more often than range-only guns.

I've been testing a variety of at-home (mail-in) testing services that can be done anonymously. Gonna do a write-up on the journey next year.
I skimmed his stuff but for now I'm trying a few other things. His blueprint seems like more effort than I'm interested in expending right now.
Got some epigenetic test results back (telomere length & DNA methylation) that put my epigenetic age at 13 years older than my chronological age.

I dunno, seems more arbitrary to me because I don't really see a need to be able to to X or Y. I'm mostly focused on directional trend and figuring out how much I can accomplish with the least amount of time investment.
My primary goal at the moment is to add more upper body muscle and ultimately get my body fat below 20%.
It started during covid. I've felt so much better that I'm motivated to see how far I can take it.
Lately I'm also dabbling in longevity stuff too, hoping to optimize my body at the cellular level.
I'm in the best shape of my life, and yet I'm just getting started.
