I've been lifting a couple years but never had any instruction so I wasn't doing it well.

Been taking a ton of supplements and daily protein target of 200g.

Thanks to the help of a personal trainer, in the last 3 months I've gone from 28% body fat at 175 pounds to 20% body fat at 195 pounds.

AKA lost 10 pounds of fat while gaining 30 pounds of muscle.

Feeling like a day trader because I successfully bought the mempool dip and got a transaction confirmed overnight at 55 sat/vb. πŸ€“

I'm not upset that demand for block space is high.

I'm upset that folks are fucking up the circadian rhythm of demand.

According to stats.nostr.band there are 20,000 weekly active users who are likely human while there are nearly 2,000 relays.

Although we don't know the distribution of users across relays, it feels like a pretty high level of sovereignty!

If you try to compile strfry on a machine with 2GB of RAM you're gonna have a bad time.

On the bright side, it runs fine for single-user purposes on machines with restricted resources.
