As a usual donor to things I like, #zapraiser give me a more complete feeling than just donate. Zaps on their own already helped a lot with that (zap this release of a software I use), but this adds a target, how much of it was contributed by you, love it.

I wonder why I haven't seen more fundraisers in FOSS, where devs usually struggle to live from their software. Were they missing the tools? Because something like: "hey I have a new version ready, here this zapraiser to release it." Sounds very good to me.
