you copy the note id into your note. (click on the 3 dots on the top right of a note in Iris to get the note id).

I suggest you switch to Iris. If you want to be able to upload images straight from your client. Iris basically uploads the images to nostr.build so that you do not need to do it manually and then copy the link back into your post.
