Delivery’s drivers are not discriminated by the market builders that their products are called “platform”.
However, they have gotten lower benefit from the customer’s willingness to pay for delivery fees.
The main point of this issue is most of customers have not recognized the perfect opportunity cost of time spending’s information.

ด้วย ดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ได้เขียนบทความ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย เป็น ”รัฐอิสระ”ลงใน มติชนสุดสัปดาห์ ฉบับวันที่ 2-8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 ในฐานะ ดิฉัน เป็นนักเรียนเศรษฐศาสตร์ตลอดชีวิตคนหนึ่ง ได้อ่านบทความนั้นแล้ว มีความเห็นแย้งกับ ดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ซึ่งมีความเข้าใจผิดในหลายประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์การเจริญเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจด้วยหลักวิชาเศรษฐศาสตร์
ดิฉัน ขอถามกลับในคำถามที่ ดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ได้ตั้งเอาไว้ในบทความนั้น ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ดูอัตราเงินเฟ้อในปัจจุบัน ปัจจุบันเงินเฟ้อไทยติดลบ แสดงให้เห็นว่าเศรษฐกิจอยู่ในภาวะเงินฝืด ซึ่งภาวะเงินฝืดคงไม่ต้องเถียงกันว่าดีหรือไม่ดี เพราะไม่ดีอย่างแน่นอน ราคาสินค้าจะลดลงเพราะขายไม่ออก จนต้องจำใจลดราคาสินค้า เมื่อราคาสินค้าลดลง ธุรกิจห้างร้านผลประกอบการลดลงหมดจากภาวะเงินฝืด จนสุดท้ายปลดพนักงาน ทยอยปิดตัวเลิกกิจการ การลงทุนใหม่ก็จะไม่มีหรือมีน้อยลงเพราะของที่ผลิตเดิมก็ยังมีเกินความต้องการอยู่
ขอถามกลับ คุณดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ว่า หากอัตราเงินเฟ้อลดลงจริง แล้วราคาของข้าวแกงและก๋วยเตี๋ยว รวมถึงเครื่องดื่มในร้านอาหารที่ไปรับประทานในชีวิตประจำวัน มีการลดราคา หรือไม่
2. การปล่อยสินเชื่อของธนาคารพาณิชย์ลดลง ไม่สามารถปล่อยสินเชื่อได้ดีดังเดิม ปัจจุบันการปล่อยสินเชื่อลดลงอย่างมาก จากสถิติไตรมาส 4/2566 สัดส่วนผู้ขอสินเชื่อบ้านและคอนโดที่ถูกธนาคารปฏิเสธไม่ให้สินเชื่อพุ่งสูงสุด หรือนิวไฮด์ บริษัทพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ต่างวิตกกังวลกับปัญหาการขอสินเชื่อ
ขอถามกลับ คุณดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ว่า ปัญหาที่แท้จริง เกิดจาก ราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์เฟ้อ เพราะการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาตรการสัดส่วนการครอบครองอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของชาวต่างด้าว จนทำให้ราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์เพิ่มขึ้นสูงเร็วกว่า การเพิ่มขึ้นของรายได้ประชาชนชาวไทย หรือไม่
3. สถิติตัวเลขการลงทุนรวมของภาคเอกชนลดลง สถิตินี้อาจต้องใช้เวลาสักระยะถึงจะเห็นผล ซึ่งจากสถิติ ปี 2565 มีอัตราการลงทุนรวมภาคเอกชนเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 5.1 แต่ปี 2566 คาดว่าเหลือเพียง ร้อยละ 2.0 เท่านั้น ขอถามกลับ คุณดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก ว่า การลงทุนรวมภาคเอกชนจะเพิ่มขึ้น ขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ เพียงอย่างเดียว หรือไม่ อีกทั้งช่วงที่ผ่าน บรรดาบริษัทต่าง ๆ มีช่องทางระดมทุนรูปแบบใหม่ที่อัตราดอกเบี้ยต่ำกว่าการกู้ยืมกับธนาคาร เช่น ตั๋วเงินฝาก หรือ หุ้นกู้ เป็นต้น และอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ยืมของเหล่าผู้ประกอบการล้วนต่ำกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ยืมซื้ออสังหาริมทรัพย์ของประชาชน ดังนั้น เมื่ออัตราการลงทุนลดลง อาจแสดงให้เห็นว่าผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนในประเทศไทยของภาคเอกชนไม่คุ้มค่าต้นทุนจากการกู้ยืมเงิน หรือไม่
อีกทั้ง ประเด็นความอิสระของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ที่ ดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก กล่าวหาว่ากระทำการประดุจหนึ่ง “รัฐอิสระ” เหยียบคันเร่ง พร้อมกับรัฐบาลที่กำลังจะเหยียบคันเร่ง เพื่อนำพาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย พุ่งไปข้างหน้าด้วยความเร็วที่เพิ่มขึ้น
ดิฉัน ขอถามกลับว่า หากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ไม่ตัดสินใจขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบาย จากร้อยละ 0.5 มาเป็น ร้อยละ 2.5 ตามทิศทางการขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยของธนาคารกลางสหรัฐฯ หรือเฟด และธนาคารกลางอื่น ๆ ทั่วโลก จะทำให้อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างประเทศของค่าเงินบาท ที่ได้อ่อนค่าลงเมื่อปีที่แล้ว และก็อ่อนค่าลงต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่ต้นปี 2567 อีกด้วย แล้วส่งผลให้การนำเข้าวัตถุดิบที่นำเข้ามาผลิตสินค้าต่าง ๆ ของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และผู้ประกอบการเกษตรกรรม เช่น น้ำมัน, ก๊าซธรรมชาติ, ปุ๋ย, เคมีภัณฑ์, อาหารสัตว์, แป้งสาลี, ฯลฯ มีต้นทุนที่สูงขึ้นมากกว่าปัจจุบันนี้ หรือไม่ จนอาจส่งผลกระทบต่ออัตราเงินเฟ้อที่ ดาวพลูโตมองดูโลก และบรรดาผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรัฐบาลข้ามขั้ว ต่างออกมาเรียกร้องว่าเกิดวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจขึ้นในประเทศไทย
อัตราเงินเฟ้อ ที่ใช้กันอยู่นี้มีปัญหาในการบ่งชี้ถึงสภาพเศรษฐกิจที่แท้จริงอย่างมาก ด้วยอัตราเงินเฟ้อ นั้น สร้างขึ้นจากการนำราคาสินค้าและบริการต่าง ๆ มาคำนวณตามอัตราส่วนที่กำหนดไว้ ทำให้ปัจจัยที่ทำให้อัตราเงินเฟ้อเปลี่ยนแปลงไปของแต่ละประเทศไม่เท่ากัน แม้ราคาสินค้าและบริการในประเทศต่าง ๆ จะเปลี่ยนแปลงในปริมาณที่เท่ากันก็ตาม
กรณีด้านราคาของอาหารในอัตราเงินเฟ้อของประเทศไทย นั้นใช้ราคาอาหารสด แต่วิถีชีวิตของประชาชนไทยนั้นเปลี่ยนไปนานแล้ว ณ ปัจจุบัน แทบหาครัวเรือนใดมีการประกอบอาหารรับประทานกันเองในครอบครัว ด้วยความเปลี่ยนแปลงจากครอบครัวขยายมาเป็นครอบครัวเดี่ยวมากขึ้น และความรีบเร่งในการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันด้วยเวลาที่ทุกคนมีจำกัด แต่โครงสร้างต่าง ๆ ของประเทศไทย ล้วนแต่ทำให้เวลาสูญหายไปอย่างไร้ค่า เช่น การต้องติดอยู่ในกล่องสี่เหลี่ยมติดแอร์บนท้องถนน เพื่อไปเรียนตามระบบเพื่อกระดาษ 1 แผ่นที่เอาไว้อวดอ้างเพื่อนำไปขายเวลาเพื่อยังชีพต่อไป หรือต้องออกไปขายเวลาหารายได้เพื่อยังชีพ หรือแม้กระทั่ง รายได้จากการขายเวลาเพื่อยังชีพถูกเอาเปรียบเพราะไร้ซึ่งอำนาจต่อรองจากนายจ้างที่ได้มาซึ่งทุนผูกขาดจากปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างของประเทศไทย เป็นต้น
ดังนั้น หากจะพิจารณาปัญหาการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจด้วยอัตราเงินเฟ้อ จากดัชนีราคาสินค้าผู้บริโภค (Cusumer Price Index) แต่เพียงอย่างเดียว นั้นเป็นการวิเคราะห์ทางเศรษฐศาสตร์ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หากต้องการพิจารณาอัตราเงินเฟ้อของเศรษฐกิจอย่างแท้จริง ต้องนำเอาราคาสินค้าชนิดเดียวกันและปริมาณคุณภาพเท่ากันในช่วงเวลาปัจจุบัน และช่วงเวลาก่อนหน้ามาเปรียบเทียบ
เช่น ราคาเนื้อหมูสามชั้น ปริมาณ 1 กิโลกรัม ณ วันที่ 5 ก.พ. 2529 เทียบกับ ราคา ณ วันที่ 5 ก.พ. 2567 เป็นต้น ซึ่งอัตราเงินเฟ้อรูปแบบดังกล่าว ทางสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ หรือสภาพัฒน์ มีการคำนวณหาไว้เช่นกัน โดยอัตราเงินเฟ้อรูปแบบนี้เรียกว่า ตัวปรับลดผลิตภัณฑ์ (GDP Deflator)
อย่างไรก็ตาม ตัวปรับลดผลิตภัณฑ์ ก็ยังบ่งชี้ถึงอัตราเงินเฟ้อที่แท้จริงของระบบเศรษฐกิจไม่ได้ เพราะปัจจุบันมีสินค้าหรือผลิตภัณฑ์หลายอย่างที่สมัยก่อนนั้นยังไม่มี หรือสินค้าที่ใช้คำนวณในสมัยก่อนนั้นเลิกผลิตไปแล้ว เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ ณ ยุค 90 กับช่วงปัจจุบันนี้ ก็มีประสิทธิภาพที่ไม่เท่ากัน ทำให้ไม่สามารถเปรียบเทียบกันโดยตรงได้ เป็นต้น

It is an issue of a price discrimination like the 2-part tariff pricing strategy. Many game companies was effected it and their solve this problem with free-download & in-app purchase strategy.
The 2-part tariff is the scenarios that customers have to pay more than 1 time to get product's benefit like If We want to play "Splatoon 3", We have to buy a Nintendo Switch & "Splatoon 3" game's disc/ download.
The problem of this price discrimination is almost found in the products or services that not have their own fundamental hardwares or services such as the 3-party company have to use other fundamental infrastructures & platforms like Netflix, Disney+, WeTV, ...etc.
If the price of any parts is higher than the willingness to pay of customers then the customer quantity will reach as the expectation of producers and We will see many tricks that customers have to use to consume them like "ชายสี่หมี่เกี๊ยว" that is an English Premier League subscription party to shares a subscriber fee in 10s era or nowadays We have many of streaming house party to share password for watching streaming platform such as Netflix, Disney+, WeTV, ...etc.

IMO, sometime We have to accept some changes, even We do not prefer it so much such as the new bus line's number system by Bangkok Mass Transit Association (BMTA) 's board.
OK, it is sure that hurts Us but it will not take so much time to get over Our confusion because the new system of bus line's number is created with the zonal concept that number of bus lines in same area start with the zonal number then We can know partially where is the bus route's operation.
It has some benefit for foreign travelers and Thai provincial citizens who do not use frequently Bangkok public transport system. Thus, they will be able to focus only the bus line zonal number to check the bus route detail.
Oh! Maybe, it has a dramatic issue that some customers have complained about the front of bus number that has use "THsarabun" (it is the standard official front & a non-license front in Thailand).
They have criticized the bus front is thin so it can not see clearly in nighttime or some dim bus stops. Even BMTA wants to use other fronts to make more Our happiness but We should recognize that BMTA has an exa loss and can not up their ticket price to cover the increasing costs because BMTA is established with the poor support concept.

I have always absolutely cheered to have short sell function in the stock exchange.
The company stock's price is not only dumped by the short sell function. If some speculators have a mega stock's dump then it will effect to lower that stock's price.
However, if the other investors think the company has an exa bright business operation and will collect higher profit when the stock price is dumped then they will click the right side to get more shared holder's ratio and the effect of short sell will not happen anything.
Despite the short sell function is not the main reason to decrease price of stocks but if some cheaters can use this function with a cheat method that do not borrow stocks to make short sell orders (it is called "Naked Short") then it is an exa criminal in financial world because everyone have not played with the same rule, so it is not a fair game.
Hence, the regulator should have a quick & intended action to check & fix the problem and should not only announce immediately that We have checked and have not found anything wrong to proof that everyone in the stock market should have paid market fees for their mega salary.

ทุกวันนี้ เศรษฐกิจไทย ขับเคลื่อนด้วยภาคบริการ ซึ่งก็มาพังเพราะทัวร์ศูนย์เหรียญ และวิกฤตโควิด อีกทั้งภาคบริการส่วนใหญ่ ก็ถูกครอบครองด้วยผู้ประกอบการที่มีทุนขนาดใหญ่ซึ่งได้มาจากปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้าง
การยัดเงินเข้าระบบด้วยโครงการแจกเงินหมื่น ด้วยอ้างว่าเหล่าผู้ประกอบการขนาดจิ๋วขาดแคลนแหล่งเงินทุนเพื่อใช้ประกอบกิจการ เพราะเหล่าบรรดานายธนาคารไม่ยอมปล่อยกู้ให้ ด้วยกังวลว่าจะเกิดปัญหาหนี้เสียจากภาวะเศรษฐกิจไทย ที่ตอนนี้ใคร ๆ ก็มองไม่เห็นอนาคต หากโครงสร้างของระบบเศรษฐกิจยังคงสภาพเดิมเช่นปัจจุบัน

อีกทั้ง หากผู้ประกอบการขนาดจิ๋ว เข้าร่วมโครงการแจกเงินหมื่น จะทำให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นแบบฉับพลัน จนทำให้อาจต้องเข้าสู่ระบบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มภาระให้ผู้ประกอบการขนาดจิ๋ว ทั้งที่ก่อนจะมีการดำเนินโครงการนี้ เหล่าผู้ประกอบการมีรายได้ไม่ถึงเกณฑ์เข้าสู่ระบบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
ทว่า หากผู้บริโภค 180 คน แห่กันนำเงินหมื่นมาซื้อสินค้ากับร้านค้าของผู้ประกอบการเหล่านี้ จะทำให้เหล่าผู้ประกอบการขนาดจิ๋วต้องเข้าสู่ระบบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มทันที (ผู้เขียนไม่ได้คำนวณถึงรายได้ปกติของร้านค้าเมื่อไม่มีการดำเนินโครงการ ซึ่งหากคำนวณไปด้วยจำนวนผู้บริโภคที่นำเงินหมื่นมาซื้อสินค้าก็จะลดลง)
ส่วนประเด็นเรื่อง "เศรษฐกิจของประเทศมีลักษณะตกท้องช้าง" พี่หมอมิ้ง คิดว่า การพิมพ์เงินเข้าระบบทันที 500,000 ล้านบาท จะทำให้การเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจกระโดดลุกขึ้นมาทันที หลังจากกระโดดข้ามไม้กั้นไม่ผ่านจนหัวทิ่มบ่อ แล้ววิ่งต่อไปจนพลิกคว้าเหรียญทองได้ในการแข่งขันวิ่งวิบาก 5,000 เมตร ได้ (หรือไม่)
อีกทั้ง หากเราไม่จับกบที่โดนต้มออกจากหม้อ แม้เราจะเติมปริมาณน้ำเพิ่มเข้าไปในหม้อเพื่อให้น้ำล้นหม้อ แล้วกบตัวนั้นก็หล่นออกจากหม้อ แต่พี่หมอ ลืมอะไรบางอย่างไปหรือไม่ การเติมปริมาณเพิ่มเข้าไป ต้องเติมเป็นปริมาณเท่าใดเพื่อให้น้ำล้นหม้อ
อีกทั้งหากน้ำล้นหม้อแล้ว แต่กบตัวนั้น มันดื้อเพราะไม่รู้สึกว่าน้ำมีอุณหภูมิที่เปลี่ยนไป มันจะยอมหล่นออกจากหม้อ หรือไม่
รวมถึง แม้ว่า กบตัวนั้น หล่นออกจากหม้อแล้ว แหล่งความร้อนที่ใช้ต้มกบตัวนั้น คืออะไร หากเป็นกองเพลิงขนาดมหึมา กบตัวนั้น แม้นจะออกมาจากหม้อ แต่คงกลายเป็นเถ้าธุลีอยู่ในกองเพลิงนั้น
ดังนั้น วิธีการจับกบออกจากหม้อที่กำลังต้ม ให้กบออกไปอยู่ที่อื่น ที่มีสภาพแวดล้อมปกติ ซึ่งก็คือ "การปฏิรูปเชิงโครงสร้างของระบบเศรษฐกิจไทย" จะเป็นวิธีการที่ทำให้เศรษฐกิจไทย ฟื้นคืนชีพและดำรงค์อยู่อย่างยืนยงสถาพร หรือไม่

The "Tom Yum Kung" Crisis is a nightmare tale that is forced Thai citizens by Thai Politicians because many of Thai citizen have not known and many of media publishers have not want to disclose the true reason of this crisis from a traditional myth that links with the former BOT has died.
The "Tom Yum Kung" crisis is only a normal financial crisis that can find when the trinity financial system dilemma is broken by the financial policy maker. Before the crisis BOT used only stable exchange rate & floatable policy interest rate but did not allow free capital flow.
The trinity dilemma was broken in Thailand when BOT allowed to free capital flow and still remained effectively 2 conditions like the previous.
Thus, When the trinity is completed then the crisis is happened and Thailand did not stop to fight currency war with some speculate investors. Hence, The result of this war has been a nightmare tale in Thailand Boundary since the lost currency war.

ปล. เหตุที่ตลาดหุ้นตก ตอนที่รัฐบาลข้ามขั้วจัดตั้งได้สำเร็จ ก็เพราะนักลงทุนกังวลผลกระทบจากโครงการดิจิมอนออมเล็ต นี่แหละค่า

It is 1 of evidences to proof that We have had the inequality national healthcare system in Thailand.
Why Thai citizens who is deducted their salary to social security fund get lower healthcare benefit in some cases such as the limitation of dental expense that they have gotten only 900THB per year but Thai citizens who have national healthcare security's right can visit the dental hospital unlimitedly.
When Thai citizens have gotten their full-time job then they have forced to enter social security fund and have lost their national healthcare security's right automatically that will not be able to change it back even if they have lost their job and do not extend their social security membership.
Even though, the dental expense in social security right can use at private hospitals or dental clinics that the national healthcare security right can use only at public hospitals.
However, the dental expense in private hospitals & dental clinics are more expensiveness than the public hospital and sometime they have to advance their money, vice versa the national healthcare security right have only paid 30 THB per visit for their dental expense.
I have also found in my independent research in 2010 with econometrics model that Thai citizens in Heart program (it is a survey that I used as my example group) who have social security right will buy more health insurance than Thai citizens who have servant right or national healthcare security right.

Because of the extra excise taxes & the forced support to Thailand oil fuel fund in pure Benzene95 price,
if some Thai citizens have said the traditionalism is their political paradigm then they should refill their oil fuel's vehicles with pure Benzene95 not Gasohol or change to use Diesel engine's cars that are gotten price subsidy.
Thus, Govt. will get more taxes to make policies that will improve citizen living quality in country like their expectation.

Everyone in this planet have limitation with everything. Even someone have more their budget to get more goods such as foods, however, their can not put it more like their preference because their stomach also has limited space.
And if the economy growth is not highly like the expectation and is not equally distributed then it is a frightened story line for many companies when new competitors have entered in their market.
