I have not seen one that is completely zero cost. You'd need to look into their use policies, maybe some offer trial periods or something. I'm not sure.

You can add a proxy relay. That will override the outbox settings. filter.nostr.wine & nostr.land are a couple that can act as proxies.

Vibe coding with #routstr, works like a dream. But still something strange with the cashu amounts when using api's. One of my api's is now invalid, but there was a 1000 sats on it which disappeard. Might still be there but can't see it on the web interface.

One of the fun new features of Amethyst is saving all your relay lists in the private/encrypted part of the event. Only DM, inbox and outbox lists should be public. Everything else is private. Nobody needs to know which relays you are checking in on a daily basis. That includes search relays, private outbox, proxy, broadcasting, discovery, feeds, nip-29 groups, communities, hashtags, location feeds, etc. They are now all private.

I think there are some cashu implementation issues. They had a provider issue. The deductions of sats is an estimate with the difference being refunded. Pay per query is coming with cashu. This is very early. I have high hopes for this.

Hey, just testing routstr.

Generate new nsec

use nip60

create lightning invoice

pay

sats show in wallet

see provider not avilable error, no models are present to select. No providers to choose and no results from simple searches.

in chat do one word test

deducts 50 sats

Shows no provider error

settings doesn't show any models available

go to api keys

generate new api

add max remaining in wallet

says generating

sats get spent

no history of spend in wallet

no api keys given

same issue occurred when turnes off nip60

There are some strange bugs, just tested chat with MinMax M1. In the history it says it deduced 599 sats and my balance is 0. But it did deduce about 240 sats and my balance is 260 now. Did not get any answer for the model. The API has been fine, maybe it's just the chat interface

routstr itself does not accept lightning if you did a top up then the cashu mint created an invoice, most likely minibits which is the default in our cashu wallet

also just tested this and all works normal so not sure what exactly went wrong :/
