🚨Seguimos sin respuesta del @ConsEspLaHabana para poder invitar a los compañeros de @Cuba_BTC al evento a Madrid. Está siendo difícil por varios motivos que no esperábamos. Si puedes, necesitamos que compartas. Y si eres ciudadano/a español o cubano, esto te afecta directamente. Os contamos más detalles del caso :
Hace meses confirmamos el viaje para dos personas y nos pusimos a trabajar para tener todo listo. Nos aceptaron la solicitud y ahora quedaba lo que, sin saberlo, sería lo más difícil: Hay que conseguir una cita en el Consulado.
Intentamos conseguir cita pero los medios de reserva están copados por software de mafias que retira las citas al momento para después revenderlas, haciendo casi imposible para una persona conseguirlas. Recopilamos las pruebas y las denunciamos tanto en el Ministerio como en el consulado. El @MAECgob te remite al @ConsEspLaHabana , y el consulado nos remite a un sistema de citas que está en España y en el que nadie responde. El resultado: Es imposible hablar con una persona para atender a españoles, y no existe método de urgencia (al menos oficial) para conseguir un visado de turista.
Hemos intentado contactar por medios secundarios, además de la reventa (que aun así no te garantiza la cita), acudimos a otros diplomáticos que conocieran a personas del Consulado, pero prejuicios acerca de Bitcoin (aunque sea un evento sin ánimo de lucro, cuyo propósito es la transmisión de conocimiento y la cooperación) dificulta que las personas nos presten ayuda. Nadie nos contesta.
Sólo podemos acudir a una cosa: el comodín del público. Necesitamos vuestra ayuda para aumentar la repercusión, compartir y citar a medios que conozcáis. Y hacer llegar esta nota al Consulado o al Ministerio para que se dé importancia al caso, resolver el colapso del sistema de citas y -aunque puede que sea tarde para nosotros- nos puedan atender por el procedimiento de urgencia y que el 26 de septiembre nuestros invitados puedan estar compartiendo evento en Madrid.
Si algún medio está interesado, tenemos más pruebas de los métodos de reventa que podemos compartir.

German party Die Linke just filed a formal inquiry into the use of blockchain surveillance software with the German government.
It wants to know the government's minimum requirements for error rates and verifiability of the software used. It directly references the use of Chainalysis Reactor, the accuracy of which was recently questioned in the trial of alleged Bitcoin Fog operator Roman Sterlingov. Die Linke states that:
"In the view of the questioners, there currently seems to be no apparent evidence that the methods used for the forensic analysis of virtual payment flows meet scientific standards".
But that's not all. Die Linke wants to know how many cases have been filed with Financial Intelligence Units on suspicion of money laundering, and how many cases actually resulted in criminal prosecutions – noting that, in light of a total estimated volume of more than €100 Billion laundered in Germany each year, the portion of cryptocurrency value contributing to overall money laundering volume is expected to be "negligibly small".
And here's the best part: Die Linke also wants to know how the government distinguishes between legitimate use of mixers and criminal use of mixers, and whether the government is planning a potential mixer ban or other forms of regulations.
Die Linke states that "coinmixing" and other anonymization software "corresponds to a widely held need to protect one's privacy in times of ubiquitous technological surveillance by digital corporations and government authorities".
