Been doing a mental defrag this week by playing Octopath Traveller.

Yesterday I took a CBD infused bath and played for an hour in the bathtub using Xbox remote play to the iPad Pro.

Fun game, reminds me of playing Chrono Trigger as a kid.

Does anyone else use gaming as a way to mentally reset after a long period of stress or general busyness?

What are some other ways to mentally reset / defrag? When I get into this mode of gaming to reset, I sometimes end up laying on the couch for 6 hours … not good ergonomics!

It feels like people said good night and good morning more when this place was a lot smaller. That, or we’re all just following so many people now that we see those messages less. Either way, it’s bittersweet knowing that this place is growing up so quickly around us, and some of our early experiences here can never be duplicated.
