Thanks 😊 I hope you made it out to the other side

I read the book, “becoming supernatural,” by joe dispenza to deepen my daily meditation practice. I loved the book so much, I purchased his guided meditations which really accelerated my journey.

If you don’t want to do this I would recommend starting a daily meditation practice and go from there ✨💗 You can find specific chakra meditations and even music online

😬😬😬😬

Yes! I feel like we connect on these things. Love reading your thoughts ✨💗

For the past 9 months or so I have been focusing on opening up my throat chakra, “Vishudda.” This chakra is an important instrument of communication, expression, sharing your truth, creativity, and connecting with your spirit and purpose.

I felt a massive imbalance in this area. It was the bottleneck to reaching my full expression and authenticity. It was also an important reference point for me to align myself with the whole chakra system. Meaning, if I unblock this, I feel more aligned with my heart chakra, etc.

I knew I had a blockage here because I felt timid, insecure, introverted, and a loss of direction. However, the most overwhelming aspect of it all was feeling a lack of vocation in my life.

To open this up I focused on feelings of confidence, and for once I started experiencing faith in myself and my vision. I pretty much brainwashed my body to feel specific elevated emotions that I wanted to receive. Through this, I stripped away the layers and revealed my soul, then aligned myself with it. I aimed to do everything with intention and I started connecting with my god. Before, I was a slave to myself and to this society. I wasn’t thinking enough outside of the box. I had big dreams but lacked motivation and discipline to achieve them, which left me feeling insecure and lowered my self-esteem.

But, when I was able to clear this blockage through deep meditations, breathwork, yoga, and journaling, I actually felt like I was able to let myself go and in result become whole. 💫 I started loosening up my hips through dance and I even started singing! Lol, something I would’ve never done before and now I even sing when people are around. The guitar I bought 4 years ago was finally put to use, and I can even play a few songs now. 😊 All of this effected other areas of my life. My job, my relationships, my purpose. I was able to speak as if I finally knew who I was, and I started acting like it. Not by going on the other side of the spectrum, but by staying down to earth and grounded in myself. 💌

Most of us have energetic blocks which prevent us from reaching our full vitality and can lead to some serious emotional feelings and can even show up as illnesses in the body. I’m curious if any of you have felt blockages before and how you managed them? Whether or not you believe in chakras, I believe focusing on these energetic centers gets you reflecting in a very positive way. It forces you to go inward which has a very impactful outward effect.

Also, this really makes me think about this app and how I am so grateful for it. I would’ve never opened up my throat chakra elsewhere, but this community passes the vibe check. Everyone seems motivated to build a better future and to help one another, which I absolutely love. 🙏

BOAT (Bring Out Another Thousand)

Working out in 25 knots of wind in the marina today. Nothing is going to stop me from getting this booty tight 💃🏼 https://nostr.build/av/d807df25a65ef746486ca1b68ae4253c5dae08afcdc0f5f0fc187a23557919c9.mov

TMI but I feel like I have super powers with this super moon as MY moon cycle falls directly in sync with it 🌕✨ being a woman is magical and mystical 🪄

Our engine is still not fixed. I ran out 6 miles of pure anger and now I’m a happy girl again who is simply enjoying the journey 😊

Raw milk is a superfood! 🐮🥛

When I visited the Azores last fall, I visited a local regenerative dairy farm that produces raw milk. The two young farmers gave my partner and I a tour of their farm and shared their passion for raw milk.

I learned how the pasteurization process kills the milks gut-supporting beneficial bacteria, reduces the overall nutritional content, and denatures proteins. Yet, laws prohibit raw milk from being sold in supermarkets! This is to extend the product shelf life and in result, boost profit for most dairy sellers.

There are so many benefits of raw milk. Raw milk contains beneficial bacteria shown to aid in gut healing and immune strengthening. It also has been shown to protect against asthma and allergies.

Raw milk has been demonized when, in fact, it can be extremely nutritious to one’s diet. It’s so crazy to think nearly all the products on our shelves have absolutely 0 nutritional value, yet something as nutrient dense as raw milk is forbidden. I despise this.

What do you think about raw milk vs pasteurized milk? Which do you drink? If you buy raw milk, how do you find it?

Don’t be a normie. It’s unattractive.
