Hey there! When I joined 2 months ago my immediate impression was that global feed was too confusing and full of spam.
Here's what worked for me to fix this: I used the iris client to follow a bunch of people(it has a 'follow all' button that helps doing this) then switched to normal feed instead of global. Much better in my opinion! If you want to you can follow everyone I follow, they are a bunch of nice people I promise 😉
Also, block all bots. Amethyst has a block/report button on the "..." beside every note, not sure about other clients thou.
And finally, use the hashtag #plebchain to meet new people!

My uncle has intellectual disability and he seems to enjoy these ads and games. Maybe they are like that because their target audience is people with very low IQ
GM! Those are contrails(short for condensation trails) and they happen when hot gases from plane engines mix with cold air up there in the sky. Water vapor condenses(hence the name) and freezes into ice crystals that we see as these streaks ✌️
