3. Hundreds -> Custodial Lightning ⚡with a reputable Custodian (WoS, LnTips, Alby) or in a Multisig wallet solution like Muun.

This seems like a decent approach.
When the amounts get into the hundreds of thousands or higher, I would suggest the use of multiple hardware wallets from several manufacturers given the need to protect against any form of centralization.
I feel bad for those who fell for the scams, but the end of shitcoins was always inevitable.
As long as shitcoins exist, you know we are still early.
