Excellent post.

Religions are merely stories that unify groups of humans toward a common purpose that allows expansion of community groups beyond 150 or so.

Unfortunately, these stories inevitably require “experts” to interpret them and a “legal” framework to enforce its rules. This creates a scenario where an elite ruling class always emerges to exploit the masses.

#Bitcoin is the first human “story” that doesn’t require a ruling class. Participation is also completely voluntary. Anyone who is against such a system either doesn’t understand it yet, or is protecting their position of privilege within the existing unfair system.

I can’t stand politics and I am convinced that voting does nothing beyond providing the masses with an illusion of choice (so that they better accept the system set up by the elites that keep them captive and producing yield).

That said, being a single issue voter (Ie: in favor of anyone who openly supports #bitcoin) may be better than nothing (still undecided).

Either way, the real vote that matters is the one I make with my wallet everyday via DCA.

How I stumbled into a relatively happy life from abject poverty:

1. Didn’t have children

2. Avoided materialism

3. Learned to do most things myself

4. Prioritized physical fitness

5. Avoided dogmatic thinking (politics, religion, etc)

6. Sought out things I was bad at or was wrong about

7. Didn’t blame others for my problems

8. Sought out a spouse who makes a good business partner and who I consider my equal

9. Spend as much time as possible outside

10. Recognized my biases and cultural programming

11. Exited the fiat debt slavery cartel’s prison system as soon as possible by buying #bitcoin

12. Developed a portable career that allows me to live and earn wherever I want

13. Mind my own damn business and don’t worry about what other people think or do

14. Prioritize anonymity and privacy above all else

#Bitcoin is not an investment.

It’s an exit from the fiat debt slavery cartel.

If fiat price stability upsets you then you may have a gambling problem.

Quit caring about the fiat price at all to reach the next level of Bitcoin understanding. Hint: the legacy fiat debt slavery cartel controls the fiat price of everything, including #bitcoin.

Media like politics has been entirely captured by the fiat debt slavery cartel. Ignore everything they say and do. They are the very definition of your enemy.

Yeah the sources of reliable information regarding #Bitcoin are definitely disparate and often buried in contradictory nonsense. This can definitely turn some folks off.

That said, those that persevere and become true bitcoiners in the process will be much less susceptible to the usual scare tactics and manipulations of the media and the legacy financial system.

So I guess it’s a longer path, but one that is maybe more likely to produce the kind of slow and steady growth that #bitcoin is all about. A low time preference applies for me to adoption as well I guess.
