Nostr clients should give you the option to hide posts/accounts with a "Report Threshold" of your choice.

For example, I could choose that if an account has been reported at least X amount of times by anyone else (OR maybe just reported by accounts that I follow), it should be hidden from my feeds by default.

There are many different applications built on top of Nostr and many more coming. Some clients are built to be Twitter-like, yes. The thing about Nostr is that your account information stays with you regardless of the client you're using.

Imagine using one account for Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc without being able to be unilaterally censored or banned.
