It's kind of funny that people expect a piece of paper to enforce their rights. People break rules all the time, so you need to take your complaint to a mediator (judge) regarding the person or persons that infringed on your rights.

And the judge is just a guy who is infallible like everyone else lmao

Absolutely, but you've got a much higher chance at remedy than just standing idly by.

The Constitution is a shitcoin.

Rip constitutional apologists

its not that simple...

It doesn’t matter.

I'm a Spooner fan, but he's wrong about that. it's totally legitimate to opt to sell yourself under terms of your own choosing.

My interpretation is that your will is your own. The will to live, for example. You can’t give that will to another.

It's not your will you are giving away, but degrees of freedom of action. "I agree not to leave this property, not to decline to follow orders" etc.

You know which Garland movie launched today?

Huh?

"Civil War"

Yikes. What do you think about the timing?

I just found it fitting to your initial meme. Yes, the constitution gives rights but those rights need to be defended and are not granted by a government. Normally disputes over the rules of the land are what resulted in civil wars.

I see you think even less of the constitution than I had thought, telling by this: nostr:nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzq303jh8lewxfwf80cfy0q5r697m9k4ual2l8e56nnpvczc72ka38qqst29ek8lw3xws9hrfwcj2jyyp72zs62ltft79vczychn47uydpxssvpy2qm
