I’m still learning about it. I’ll post a few links after this note.

Yay, thanks for a thoughtful reply!

As with anything, each of these I came across at a moment when I was particularly thirsty for a change in perspective and they broke me out of a pattern and opened the field up

haha, was asking Nela, not trying to prompt you a second time, hope that was clear :)

but I am very curious to hear—if you want to share!

I’m juggling a lot of family stuff + work so haven’t had a chance to catalog examples, but off the top of my head:

?fit=scale&fm=png&h=796&ixlib=php-3.3.1&w=1024&wpsize=large

The world is fine, no one should be trying to save it. Trying to save the world is the problem.

I’m trying so hard not to link an example. His paintings transport me into another time and place when I’m seeing them in person and they don’t do that on a phone at all.

Seeing John Singer Sargent’s paintings on a phone is probably worse than not seeing them.

You’ll think you’ve seen them, but you haven’t seen them at all.

GN and happy Friday

What a little buddy. Worth every crumb 💜
