I cancelled my order soon after placing it, they said I'd get a refund but they only gave me like a small fraction back even though I got nothing
The time before this, I ordered a drink there too, they put it right in front of the door and you could see it so when you open the door it spills, I tried to be nice to the delivery driver and just take the hit and order again.
They are literally like: "because we have compensated you for our peoblems before, you don't get a refund for your order!
Yeah, but it's Doordashes fault, not Walmart or whatever 😂
They are like: unfortunately you are not eligible to get your refund cause we have provided compensation before!
That's like saying: "I'm not going to say sorry for Punching you in the face this time cause I said sorry last time.
Screw Doordash! How is is legal for you to cancel you order and then them to decide you only get a small fraction of what you paid back?
