My house sold close to 1960. It’s brand new price was $18500. Not a thing about it has changed. On could argue Michigan has gone downhill since that time. Its $250,000 now. 60 years older and more broken and its 14 times more expensive.

An old apple Mac mini is nice. Some back from 2013 have internal storage of 1 tb. I’m a raspberry pi guy myself. If you go that way, get the 8gb memory and I like the Samsung ssd

Lets just start selling gold plated coins priced like they are solid gold and teach the gold bugs that way. Low quality gold scans will make their way to the average person in the US eventually. Of course it will all be a quality oversight or something.
