I tried sending #[3] a PoW wall powered message allowing him to pull up to 10k sats of collateral attached to it using a LN wallet of his choice. I think he just gets too many messages on nostr or didn't feel like following the link to lnbits, fait enough.
Something like this can be used as a NIP in the future to combat the spam problem on social media using open protocols. The client would check whether the PoW sats are actually up for grabs and only present the message to you then. If it's spam you can claim the amount.
...including the ability to snap you some sats for a great client using LN within seconds 😍

I'd be interested why you think there is no fiat mindset. I think the high time preference and crony capitalism way of making money describes it pretty well.
Generally high time preference is associated with the fiat mindset. A plethora of other examples can be found in Saifedean Ammous "The Fiat Standard"

While you're trying out new client, don't just go and enter your private key everywhere. This is like the private key for your bitcoin. You want to keep it safe. There's an extension that can help with this. Either [nos2x](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nos2x/kpgefcfmnafjgpblomihpgmejjdanjjp) or [GetAlby](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/alby-bitcoin-lightning-wa/iokeahhehimjnekafflcihljlcjccdbe). These extensions essentially hold your private key and help you sign transactions, so you don't have to enter them directly into a website. Once you have these installed, visit metadata.nostr.com and setup your profile picture and your NIP-05 ID. If you're using the Damus app, this doesn't apply to you. Enjoy!

Just re-open or reload the browser. It should then offer to read from plugin.
It works now using ssh localhost port forwarding. I got this alby signing error when using over plain http using the IP address of the instance!
