I’m love this concept of a lightning piggy bank.

I’ve recently been playing the role of a toy store owner, selling toys to my young children (who own the toys). For instance, I’d buy a teddy bear for 1000 sats and then sell it back for 750 sats, allowing my kids to do math calculations in a different format from pen and paper.

The transactions are done over Lightning and they keep the profit of the sale(s). I would love to incorporate the piggy bank into it. It would seem more real than an app on a tablet.

Ah I see. When you recovered before a wallet with long history using your seed, you might have not come through up to the end of hostory - you still generated already "used" sequencers when making new transactions.

Would recommend to clean install, go into wallet (not recovery) and then use your seed to get back wallet address only. Then, backup your new seed that comes with new install.

Settings > Recovery > Increase recovery indexes

If I was a hardware engineer looking for an idea, I would definitely fundraise for a GrapheneOS phone. $5M round, 6-month project, 100,000 units, flagship, $700 each, $70M round revenue, $5M profit. Rinse and repeat.

In the early days a global feed serves more as a tutorial for users as opposed to a feed you would visit daily.

You need to help people understand the 3 modes (and personas) of social bookmarking.... organize, share, and discover. Until there is critical mass, you should use the homepage to create a juxtaposition of users bookmarks and other's bookmarks. They need to see the relationship between them. Help people see the value from both sides.

note... nobody really has anyone's npub memorized, so the "View bookmarks by npub" doesn't really serve much purpose.

also, it's not clear how global is sorted and the sort order seems random with new content.
